FINE WOODWORKING SCHOOL

Beautiful Furniture begins with attractive designs, prime lumber, and a good foundation of hand tool skills. You’ll find all three of these here at my Fine Woodworking School. Although we do use machines, our focus is primarily on using hand tools. All of our projects use traditional mortise and tenon and dovetail joinery. At the end of the week you’ll leave with many new skills and a beautiful piece of furniture.

Don’t worry about large class sizes, long lines at machines, or sharing a workbench with someone. Classes are limited to only 6 people and everyone gets their own workbench. There will be plenty of work space and one on one instruction. As an added bonus, the shop is also heated and air conditioned!

I’ve been doing this for 30 years and the excitement of sharing my knowledge and skill never seems to fade. I’m confident that you’ll have a great time here learning this craft. Looking forward to meeting and working with you!
